Andy & Crystal Young
Andy serves as the City Director and he and Crystal have been on staff with Cru since 2006. They have three kids, Hudson, Avery, and Laurel. Both Penn State alumni, Andy is a PA native, but Crystal hails from the great state of Texas. They love the outdoors, dark coffee, Frank’s hot sauce, homemade fried chicken, and competitive card games.

Bill & Lisa Zane
Bill and Lisa Zane have been in Philadelphia, working with Cru for 6 years now. Both PA natives, they have loved the adjustment of community life in the city. Lisa also works part time as a nurse here in Philly. They and their three kids, Boden, Jack, and Mila, live in the Fishtown neighborhood.

Hannah Gajari
Born and raised in farm country, Hannah came to love the city of Philadelphia as a student at Penn. This is her second year interning with Cru. Some of her interests include trivia, linguistics, and musicals (especially Hamilton). She also loves eating out, watching (and discussing) movies, amusement parks, and the beach.
